Hewescraft has been building welded aluminum boats in Colville, Washington, for more than seven decades. What began with founders Bob and Ralph Hewes is now led by the second generation of the family, and the mission hasn’t changed: build safe, functional and affordable boats for fishing families across the U.S. and Canada.

Every Hewescraft is designed around the way Northwest anglers actually fish, from drifting the Willamette for spring Chinook to running the Columbia for fall salmon. Rugged all-welded hulls, smart deck layouts and a confident ride in chop have made them a fixture on rivers, lakes and coastal water throughout the region.

Hewescraft boats are built in Colville, Washington, by a family-owned company now led by the second generation of the Hewes family. They’re designed and built with Northwest fishing families in mind.

Absolutely. Many of the boats in our inventory are factory orders built to a customer’s spec. We’ll walk you through hull, layout, canvas, power and electronics options and give you an estimated build timeline.

Open models like the Sportsman and Pro-V are popular for rivers and lakes, while hard top and cabin models like the Ocean Pro and Alaskan are built for bigger water and offshore days. Our team can help match a model to the water you fish most.

We rig with Yamaha and Honda outboards and can help you choose the right main engine and kicker combination, along with electronics and steering, for how and where you fish.

Hewescraft offers several protected-helm options, including the Pro-V Hard Top, Sea Runner ET Hard Top and Ocean Pro Hard Top, plus full-cabin models like the Alaskan, Pacific Cruiser, Pacific Explorer, Adventure and Evolution.
